FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q) Are your Inflatables suitable for indoor & outdoor hire?

A) Yes. All of our inflatables are suitable for indoor (hall) & outdoor hire. We offer indoor hire all year round and outdoor hire between 1st April - 30th September.

Q) Can I Keep the inflatable overnight?

A) Yes, subject to availability. We do charge an overnight fee of £40 and will collect in the morning. Inflatables will only be left overnight if they are in a secure location.

Q. What time will you be here?

A. Times will be confirmed the week of your party. 99.9% of the time we will delivery your castle and have it set up before your party starts- this is always our goal. However please do be aware that sometimes due to traffic/accidents on the road we may be running a few minutes late. If this is ever the case, the driver will contact you to let you know.

Q. What is your latest pick up time?

A. Our last pick up is at 5:30pm. If you would like to have it later please contact us to arrange this (there will be Ana edition fee of £30).

Q. Can I use confetti on the bouncy castle?

A. No. Please do not use confetti cannons or confetti balloons on or around the inflatables. The dye permanently stains the material.

Q. Do you provide safety mats?

A. Yes, safety mats are provided with all Bouncy Castles and soft play sets.

Q) When the equipment is delivered do I have to set the inflatable up?

A) No, this is all included in the price. Our driver will deliver, set up & collect the equipment after.

Q) What access do you need?

A) If your castle is going in your garden then we will need access through a side gate/garage which both must be clear. We will not bring the castle or any equipment through the house.

Q) What if you arrive & the inflatable won't fit?

A) You will still be charged a full day's hire rate.

Q. Do you supply extension cables?

A. Yes we will supply extension cables up to 20 metres long. If you require more there will be an addition fee.

Q) Can we still have the inflatables if it is raining?

A) If it is a wet day we will not be able to set up any inflatables outside for safety reasons. If we need to cancel your booking due to these reasons you will be fully refunded any money that has been paid.

Q. Can I use Silly string/ streamers/ confetti on the bouncy castle and soft play?

No. Please don't, as these things PERMANENTLY STAIN the equipment. They contain a dye that won't wipe off.

Q. Can I have face paint at my party if I have a bouncy castle/soft play?

No. We ask for no face paint to come in contact with our equipment due to it leaving permanent staining.

Q. How much space do I need to fit in a Bouncy castle?

A. The measurements for each inflatable are displayed on our website. Please allow an extra 3/4 foot around the castle to allow for mats and the blower at the back.

Q. Can the Bouncy Castle be used in windy weather?

A. NO. Under no circumstances should any inflatable be used in windy weather. We will monitor the weather forecast the week of your party and if the wind is too strong on the day of hire, we will need to cancel the booking. The following guidance has been issued by the HSE Gov page, that no inflatable should be used in winds above 24 mph (38 kmph), which is Force 5 on the Beaufort Scale (small trees in leaf begin to sway). Please understand that this is for your safety, which is always our first priority.

Q. Can the inflatable go on concrete or does it have to go on grass?

A. All inflatables that are used outside must be situated on grass for safety reasons. We need to stake all inflatables down securely.
